If you change your mind, you are welcome to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. You may choose a store credit for the full item value, or a refund minus the original shipping cost. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Most one-of-a-kind rings can be made one size larger at no extra charge. Resizing to other sizes is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact me directly and I will let you know what is possible for your specific piece.

I recommend using a ring sizer for the most accurate measurement. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing and I will help you find the right fit.

Occasionally, yes. If you have something specific in mind, reach out via the custom inquiry page and I will let you know if it is something I can work with. Custom pieces typically take arouns 6 weeks from confirmation.

Yes. Every opal I use is a solid, natural opal. I do not use doublets, triplets, or synthetic stones.

Yes. Solid natural opals are not affected by water, so everyday wear including hand washing is fine.

Oils and creams will not damage your stone, but they can reduce its shine and clarity over time. If your opal has lost its brightness after regular wear, it may simply need a repolish. Contact me and I can advise.

Sterling silver is extremly durable and really easy to care for. It may develop a patina over time if not worn or exposed to chemicals. Wearing your pieces and the oils from your skin are the best to help prevent this. Also washing your sterling silver jewellery in warm soapy water to clean and using a polishing cloth will keep them looking their best.

My pieces are available to view and purchase at The Collective Beat in both Kiama and Gerringong on the NSW South Coast. They are open 7 days a week.

Every piece is handcrafted by me, Julia, on the NSW South Coast, Australia. I work from my bench using traditional metalsmith techniques, fine metals, and individually selected natural gemstones. Nothing is mass produced and no two pieces are the same.
