Refund policy

A note on appearance

Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted by me and made with natural gemstones. That means no two pieces are ever exactly the same.

Variations in colour, pattern, shape and size are part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind — and something I consider a feature, not a flaw. I do my best to accurately represent each piece online, but natural materials will always have their own personality.

Refunds & Exchanges

Sale items

Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are final sale.

This means:

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

  • No credits

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

 

Returns & exchanges (full-price items only)

If you change your mind, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

You may choose:

  • A store credit for the full item value, or

  • A refund, minus original shipping costs

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Returned in original condition and packaging

How to return an item

  1. Email me at hello@juliaparisdesigns.com.au with your proof of purchase

  2. I’ll provide return instructions

  3. Send the item back using a prepaid, trackable and insured service

Once received and approved, your refund or credit will be processed promptly.
Store credits are valid for 6 months from issue.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If exchanging for another piece, new shipping charges will apply

For hygiene reasons, earrings and studs cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Refund conditions

Returns requested outside the 7-day window are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Damage caused by wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper care

All pieces are carefully checked before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can assist.

 

Warranty

My jewellery is made using high-quality materials and traditional metalsmithing techniques, but it is still delicate and designed to be worn with care.

If a manufacturing fault is found within 6 months of purchase, I’m happy to assess the piece and arrange a repair or replacement at my discretion.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not include:

  • General wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Damage caused by improper care or use

If a piece cannot be repaired and is no longer available, a similar replacement or store credit may be offered.

Please read and follow the care instructions provided with your jewellery to ensure its longevity.
