Shipping

All jewellery is carefully packaged and dispatched from my South Coast NSW studio.

Complimentary shipping

I offer complimentary Express shipping on all Australian orders over AUD $300.

 

Australian shipping

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking and signature on delivery.

• Standard Shipping – $12
  Australia Post Standard
  Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days from dispatch

• Express Shipping – $16
  Australia Post Express
  Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days from dispatch

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been packed and dispatched, not from the time of purchase.

You’ll receive tracking notifications via email once your parcel is on its way. If you don’t see these, please check your spam or junk folder.

 

International shipping

International orders are currently not available. 

 

Signature & responsibility

Due to the value of the jewellery, all parcels require a signature on delivery.

Once a parcel has been signed for, it is no longer considered in transit and is no longer covered by shipping insurance.

I am not responsible for:

• Delivery delays outside my control

• Parcels signed for and then lost or stolen

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and monitor your tracking information.

If a parcel is returned to me due to a missed delivery or incorrect address, it can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

 

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, this must be raised directly with the postal service responsible for delivery. I’m happy to provide any documentation required to support your claim.

 

Customs & duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. I am unable to reimburse or estimate these charges.

Please familiarise yourself with your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
